We will have Yoga if U R brave enough. brrr. Most seem to need it, especially in this cold and more so if you have been shoveling:)
Don't Forget to bring Your SWEETHEART for a Valentine treat on Thursday the 11th for Partner Yoga. If you don't have a partner, that's ok but SweetHearts are only $5.

A note to Monday evening class**means that the Monday evening class WILL ONLY BE HELD IF I have a notice by 10 a.m. of that day either by phone or e-mail that YOU are attending.
