Assignment for those that choose to do so: Meditate on your breath for one minute.
Sit in easy pose with an erect spine but relax your eyes, your shoulders, your knees and hips.
Count backwards from 59. Inhale 59, exhale 58, inhale 57~ slow & even breaths.
When you get to 20, count each inhale and exhale as one~
inhale 20, exhale 20, inhale 19, exhale 19 ~
Meditation can increase one's happiness. Meditation may lengthen your life.
Meditation may help you with the last niyama.~ Namaste!
