Thursday yoga class Feb. 19

Hello to everyone. We had such a fun partner yoga on Monday. Wish you all could have participated. Thanks to everyone who brought such yummy Valentine Day treats!!

Valentines Day poem

Love is a Circle
Love is a circle
Round and round
Love goes up,
and love comes down
Love is on the inside,
trying to get out,
Love is whirling and twirling about

Class schedule remains the same for the upcoming week, Monday 10a.m. Thursday 7:30 p.m.

We will have partner yoga next Monday the 16th @10a.m. Bring a friend, spouse, child or just show up and we'll partner yoga! Bring a valentine treat if you'd like.
