September & October Yoga Class Schedule: Mondays 10a.m.~ Thursdays 7:30 p.m.
Thursday October 11, 7:30 p.m.-8:45 p.m. Class Format will be conducted as a Meditation Session;
Beginning w/Restorative and a sitting meditation. This session will include a Self-Guided Free-Flow and end in a sitting meditation. Donation based class for charity.
